Allen Johnson
Principal

Allen Johnson has over 20 years of experience in retail technology, primarily focused on implementing ERP and best of breed systems.  He is an accomplished executive who understands the fundamentals of the retail industry having spent over 13 years with Target Corporation and JCPenney.  Prior to this experience, he spent 9 years with Accenture and Deloitte in their retail technology practices focused on Oracle’s retail ERP solution set.

 

Most recently, he served as the Vice President of IT Application Development for JCPenney Company, one of the nation’s largest apparel and home furnishings retailers. In this role Mr. Johnson had accountability for all technology solutions used to enable:  merchandising, planning and allocation, inventory, payment systems, credit, pricing, marketing, international buying, accounting, finance, audit, tax, and human resources.

Mr. Johnson currently is the Head of Retail Software Technology at Samsung Electronics America.  He is a leading a team charged with delivering a best-in-class digital experience through Samsung products that are sold in retail locations across the US.

He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bethel University.

Tedra Johnson
Principal

Tedra Johnson has over 20 years of experience in human resources and business management.  She has worked with multiple manufacturing companies as an HR Generalist and Manager.

Ms. Johnson is currently working with JPT Inc. as their business manager.  She directly advises and supports the managing partner on financial forecasts and facilitates the coordination of professional services.

Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and completed a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
